We sell at a variable percentage above market rate to cover all operation, service, exchange, brokerage and transaction costs. How long does it take for my coins to arrive?

We always aim for your coins to be in your wallet within an hour of you placing your order, but it could be as little as 10 minutes. Once your payment is received and we have approval by our Compliance Team, your order will be processed, and the coins sent to your provided wallet address within minutes.

My cryptocurrency has not arrived, what should I do?

If your coins have not arrived within 1 hour, please check your emails and then contact customer support ([email protected]) via your registered email address and we can assist you further.

Can I sell my coins on Cryptomate?

Yes, you can indeed. Please visit our Sell Coins page where we can give you a quote for your coins. You will be paid in GBP via UK FPS Bank Transfer and may need to provide information and documents evidencing the Source of Coins before we can proceed.

What is a wallet address?

Your wallet address (or public key) is a string of numbers and/or letters that is used to send/receive Cryptoassets. You can find your wallet address within your wallet. There are many wallets to choose from so always conduct your due diligence and research into any platform, service of wallet provider you consider.

How much can I purchase?

The minimum purchase limit is £100, and the maximum purchase limit is £1000 per order. You may place multiple orders however Compliance may request a Video Call or information/documents relating to the Source of Funds being used.

What if the coin I want is not listed?

If you would like to purchase a coin that is not listed on the site, you can email us on [email protected] While we're always open to suggestions, we cannot guarantee your coin will be listed.
